A choir hands over names, emails and sometimes birthdays. Here's what we do with them, plainly.
- Where
- Our servers, our database and your files are with OVHcloud in Beauharnois, Québec. Daily backups stay there too.
- Who can see it
- Your members see what their roles allow. Another choir never sees your data. At Tounes, access is limited to running the service.
- Artificial intelligence
- When a singer asks Tounes a question, member names are replaced with anonymous codes before any processing. AI suggests, you decide: nothing is published without your confirmation.
- Law 25
- We have a person in charge of protecting personal information, a plain-language privacy policy, and we answer access and correction requests.
- If you leave
- You can export your data and ask us to delete it.
