1. Parties
These terms bind Nordik App Galaxy (“Tounes”) and the organization that subscribes (“the choir”). Invited singers use Tounes under their choir's subscription and agree to the use rules in section 5.
2. The service
Tounes is a choir management platform: music library, calendar and attendance, roles and committees, notifications, web tools for directors and a mobile app for singers.
3. Accounts
The choir names at least one administrator and decides whom it invites. Each person keeps their access confidential and tells us about any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and payment
The price depends on the number of active members, per the grid published at tounes.io/en/pricing. Choirs with 15 active members or fewer use Tounes free. The annual subscription is payable in advance and renews automatically unless cancelled [30] days before renewal. Taxes are extra. [Refund rule.] The singers' app is always free.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Tounes for illegal content, try to access another choir's data, disrupt the service, or resell it.
6. Choir content
The choir owns what it uploads. It warrants that it holds the necessary rights to scores, recordings and other content, and shares them only with its members. Tounes uses this content only to provide the service.
7. Artificial intelligence features
Some features suggest automatically generated classifications or answers. They may be inaccurate; the choir checks suggestions before confirming them. Tounes does not use choir content to train AI models.
8. Availability
We aim for continuous service, without guaranteeing it will be uninterrupted. We announce planned maintenance in advance where possible.
9. Ending the subscription
The choir may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account that breaches section 5, with notice except in emergencies. After the subscription ends, the choir has [30] days to export its data; we then delete it.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tounes's liability is limited to the amount the choir paid in the previous 12 months.
11. Changes
We notify choirs of any significant change at least [30] days in advance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. The courts of the district of Montréal have jurisdiction.
13. Language
These terms are written in French. An English version is provided for information; if they differ, the French version prevails.
